Tiger Pepper Jelly

Serves: 4-5 pints.
1 1/2 cups - bell pepper
1 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
6 cups - white sugar
1 bottle (6 ounces - certo


PREPARATION

Chop peppers finely or put peppers through food grinder (not a blender) and measure. Drain off any juice. Combine with vinegar, TryMe Tiger Sauce and sugar. Let come to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Add Certo and cook 5 minutes more. Add few drops green or red food coloring. Makes 4-5 pints.
