Green Goddess Dip

Serves: 1 1/2 cups
3/4 c. - sour cream
2 med. - garlic cloves, pressed or minced (2 teaspoons)
1/4 c. - minced fresh parsley leaves
1/4 c. - minced fresh chives
2 T. - minced tarragon leaves
1 T. - juice from 1 lemon
1/8 tsp. - salt
1/8 tsp. - black pepper


COMBINE all ingredients in medium bowl til smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour.

SERVE cold with crackers. (Can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 2 days)
