Tomato Salad with Remoulade Sauce

Serves: 1 1/4 cups
2 T. - minced celery
2 T. - minced scallions
1 T. - vinegar
1 T. - mustard
4 1/2 T. - dried tarragon leaves


PREPARATION

In small bowl stir all until smooth, keep refrigerated.

Serve over sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
