Tiger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 - small (4 1/4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon - butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tablespoon -¬†TryMe Tiger Sauce
  • 1/2 cup - sour cream

Directions

  1. Melt butter in skillet and add Tiger Sauce.
  2. Sauté mushrooms briefly in mixture until well coated and hot.
  3. Remove from heat, cool briefly and blend in sour cream.
  4. Serve over broiled hamburger steaks or baked chicken breasts.
