Quick Biscuits

Yield:

10 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - unsalted butter
  • 2 cups - sifted Presto
  • 2/3 cups - milk

Directions

  1. Cut margarine into sifted Presto until course crumbs form.
  2. Add milk. Stir with fork until flour mixture is moistened.
  3. Knead on floured board 1 minute. Roll out to ½ inch thickness.
  4. Cut with floured biscuit cutter or into squared with knife. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
