Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup - shortening
• 1/2 cup - peanut butter
• 1/2 cup - granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup - brown sugar
• 1 - egg
• 1 - 1/4 cups - sifted Presto

Directions

1. Cream shortening, add peanut butter and blend well.
2. Gradually add both sugars and mix well.
3. Add unbeaten egg and mix thoroughly.
4. Add Presto and shape into small balls with hands.
5. Put on greased baking sheet two inches apart.
6. Bake in 350° oven 15 to 20 minutes.
