Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Yield:

6 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 - 1/4 cups - sifted Presto
  • 1 teaspoon - cinnamon
  • 3 cups - oats
  • 1 cup - raisins
  • 1 - 1/4 cups - margarine
  • 1 - 1/4 cups - sugar
  • 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup - milk

Directions

  1. Combine Presto, cinnamon, oats and raisins. Set aside.
  2. Blend margarine and sugar. Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Stir in half the dry ingredients, then milk, then remaining dry ingredients.
  3. Drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake in 400° oven 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
