Mexican Hot Mocha

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cold brew coffee
  • 4 oz. water
  • 1 TB. cocoa powder
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2 TB sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Dollop of lightly whipped cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients except whipped cream and cinnamon stick in a pot over medium heat until the sugar and cocoa are melted.
  2. Whisk periodically to break up cocoa.
  3. Pour into cup. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon stick.
