Been using the Tiger for over 40 years now after some Cocoa Beach surfers/fishermen turned me onto it.
Use a lot in fish dips and strogenoffs.
Love the Yucatan Sunshine too, but it’s out of stock!!! Hurry and get it back!

  2. Max

Tiger sauce is pretty amazing but I’m nervous to continue eating it, it contains fish but the ingredient list does not specify what kind of fish, I have a fish allergy

I will not eat a steak without my Tiger Sauce on it!! Been eating and addicted to it since high school in the 80’s when my boyfriends Mother had me try it. My fridge and cabinet always has at least 2 bottles on stock at all times. This East Texas girl is hooked for life!!

Try it ( lots of it ) on a burger.

We don’t make black beans and rice without having Tiger Sauce. We have such a hard time finding it here though, so we order online. Used to be more common around here (Kentucky). We can go through a bottle in a week. So good. If you’ve ever had black beans and rice and not loved it, you haven’t had black beans and rice with Tiger Sauce.

  6. Kathleen

We love Tiger sauce especially on fried fish so darn good!

  7. JC

Love this sauce! Found this originally in Ottawa byward market butcher and have been enjoying it across Canada! Looking forward to trying the seasonings.

  8. Justin

Really great sauce. I tried it for my smoked chicken wings. Normally I have ranch dipping sauce no matter what. That’s when I realized that this sauce was much better all on it’s own. Still not sure if I should refrigerate it after opening though.

    • Reily Foods Company

Hi Justin, We love hearing from our Tiger Sauce fans! If you prefer not to refrigerate – the sauce will be fine. 60 days from opening the bottle would be the approximate time frame to use the sauce once it has been opened.

The best sauce ever! Just the right combination of heat and sweet. My friends up north fell in love with it! Now I have to send it to them…lol

I just found this sauce recently. First tried it with oven baked veggie egg rolls and crab rangooon. Fantastic as a dipping sauce. Today tried it mixed with gochujang sauce, soy sauce and a bit of sesame oil as a saute for boneless chicken stir fry with bell peppers and water chestnuts. I put fresh cilantro on top of everything and it was THE BEST….really fantastic, I am not a great cook and this was one of the best dishes I have ever made. Served w Jasmine rice. YUM!!

  14. Rocky Williams

Awesome sauce. Great combo of a bit of heat and flavor. One of my favorite hot sauce I’ve ever had.

  15. Bree Buchanan

My favorite for marinades. Half a bottle, stick of butter, and a crushed garlic bulb is the best marinade for grilled lobster, fish, scallops and shrimp.

Am wondering, does Tiger Sauce need to be stored in the refrigerator after opening? Seems like it use to say refrigerate on the old bottle label, but on the newest bottle label, I can’t see that it says to refrigerate after opening.

  16. Donna Ford

Tried this for the first time yesterday and it was the best sauce ever!
Put it on my steak and potato and they were the BOMB after that!
Will be putting it on everything from now on!
Wish you had some kind of gift baskets for Christmas – would order them for my family.
I will be purchasing the individual bottles from Wal-Mart and putting them in my own gift baskets!

Thanks for giving us great flavor in a bottle!

First time, and impressed as anything! Served on braised pork chops. Wow! I love this ‘original’ Tiger Sauce. It’s perfect on pork, I almost cooked another one. Next time on shrimp barbecued!

My absolute favorite Bloody Mary ingredient. Sweet with mild heat and tangy.
