Artichoke Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Serves: 6
1 (14 oz.) can - artihoke hearts (rinsed, drained thoroughly, and mashed)
1/4 c. - grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. - lemon Juice
1/8 tsp. - garlic powder
1 (12.5 oz) can - chunk chicken breast
1/2 c. - minced celery (about 1 stalk)
bread, sliced, with lettuce and tomato if desired


PREPARATION

MIX artichokes with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir in chicken and celery.

CHILL in refrigerator, covered, for 15 minutes up to overnight.

SPREAD on sliced bread with lettuce and tomato.
