Buttercream Frosting

Serves: Makes enough to fill and frost 2 layer cake, 9x13 inch sheet cake or 24 cupcakes.
½ cup - butter, softened
3 ¾ cups - confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. - vanilla extract
3 to 4 Tbsp. - milk


PREPARATION

IN a large bowl, with mixer on low speed, combine sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla. 

BEAT at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy. 

If desired add more milk, 1 tsp. at a time, until frosting is spreading consistency.
