Molasses Drop Cookies

2/3 cup - shortening
1/4 cup - brown sugar
1 - egg
2/3 cup - molasses
3 cups - sifted Presto
1 teaspoon - cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon - ginger
2/3 cup - buttermilk


PREPARATION

Cream shortening, add sugar gradually. Add egg and beat well. Blend in molasses and Presto which has been sifted with spices alternately with buttermilk. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
